Informazioni Aggiuntive

I seguenti commenti sulle festività pubbliche di Lettonia, sono in inglese. Per qualsiasi domanda su questi commenti, siete pregati di contattarci.  Latvia started to officially declare Bridge Holidays in 2007. To make up for these extra public holidays, there are designated specific Working Saturdays.  Weekend Public Holidays: There was a lot of debate in Parliament in May 2006 and January 2007 as to what to do when public holidays fell on a weekend day. But, as of July, 2007, nothing has yet come into effect.  Although there is a sizeable Russian minority in Latvia, none of the Orthodox holidays is a public holiday, although an attempt was made in 2003 to declare Orthodox Christmas as a public holiday in Latvia .
