USA Election Day As Public Holiday Proposal Revived

Senator Clinton's 2005 Count Every Vote Act, mandating that election day be made a US federal public holiday, is getting a second lease in life with the recent introduction of comprehensive election reform legislation, the Ballot Integrity Act of 2007.
