The government of Kiribati has declared Wednesday-Friday, July 8-10, 2009, as one-off public holidays throughout Kiribati.
The aforementioned announcement comes a month after it was confirmed that Kiribati would host the upcoming Pacific Countries Ports Association (PCPA) Conference.
It echoes last year's (01-Aug-2008) announcement by he Government of Niue of August 19-21, 2008, public holidays during the 2008 Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Summit (PIFLS).
