Mali's Commission du croissant lunaire has announced that the date of the upcoming Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) and related non-working public holiday would be Sunday, November 6, 2011.
The aforementioned announcement was followed by one by the government of Mali also declaring Monday, November 7, 2011, as an additional non-working public holiday in Mali.
