The Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukraine has issued a resolution declaring Monday, March 7, 2011, as a non-working public holiday, to link the weekend with the upcoming, March 8, annual Women's Day public holiday.
As is usually the case (10-Dec-2008, 29-Nov-2007, and 23-Dec-2005), this one-off bridge public holiday is compensated by Saturday, March 12, 2011, having been declared a regular working day in the Ukraine.
