The government of Afghanistan has declared the period of Thursday, October 25, to Sunday, October 28, 2012, as non-working public holidays on the occasion of the upcoming Eidul Adha (Feast of Sacrifice).
The aforementioned announcement, due to the nearby weekend, is much longer than last year's Eidul Adha public holidays (04-Nov-2011).
