A spokesman for Uganda's Ministry of Public Service, Jonas Tumwine, has announced that the government of Uganda had declared Friday, October 26, 2012, as the date of the upcoming Eid El-Adha non-working public holiday in Uganda.
This date follows the Saudi Umm al-Qura calendar, which Ugandan public holidays sometimes follow (24-Nov-2009), but not systematically (06-Dec-2008).
