Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan (MNMORT) - The government of Tajikistan has issued a communique clarifying that the new annual holiday in Tajikistan, to mark the presidency of Tajikistan's longtime ruler Emomali Rakhmon, introduced last spring, would not be a non-working public holiday in Tajikistan, contrary to the reports issued at the time.
