Philippines Presidential Executive Secretay, Eduardo Ermita, has announced Proclamation 721, Declaring Monday, November 15, 2004, As Special Non-Working Public Holiday Throughout The Country In Observance Of The Eid-Ul-Fitre (Feast Of Ramadhan).

Eid-Ul-Fitre (Feast Of Ramadhan) was made a regular public holiday through Republic Act No. 9177, as amended last year (2003-11-11).
