The Slovenian government has passed a new law consolidating the various laws on public holidays and national holidays in Slovenia.

The aforementioned Law on Holidays and days in the Republic of Slovenia (consolidated text, published in the Official Gazette 112/2005 of 15/12/2005) thus consolidates the 1991 Law on Holidays and days in the Republic of Slovenia (RS / I, no. 26/91 21 11th 1991), and the 2 amendments voted earlier this year, the Law Amending the Law on Holidays and days in the Republic of Slovenia (2005-10-17) and the Correction of the Law Amending the Law on Holidays and days in the Republic of Slovenia (2005-10-24).
