Kazakhstan Declares Year-End Public Holidays

The government of Kazakhstan has announced two, year-end, 4-day public holidays for December 2006 and January 2007.

As per the aforementioned announcement, the days from December 16-19, 2006, inclusively, as well as from December 30, 2006, to January 2, 2007, inclusively, will be non-working public holidays in Kazakhstan.

The announcement of these two 4-day public holidays is in line with the law "On holidays in RK" (2001-12-14).
