Leaders of the 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN, regrouping Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei Darrusalam, Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia) and six other dialog partners will be attending the re-scheduled Asean and East Asia summits next month, from Jan. 10 to 15, 2007, in Cebu, at the Shangri-La Mactan and the Cebu International Convention Center.

The period of the originally scheduled summit was supposed to be 4 days of public holidays, but the government spokesperson has not made any such announcement yet, concerning the rescheduled summit dates.
