The Council of Ministers of Nepal decided to celebrate today's historic election of Nepal's first republican President and Vice President, by declaring tomorrow, Thursday, July 24, 2008, a one-off general public holiday.
Nepali diplomatic missions abroad will also observe tomorrow's public holiday.
