Uganda Declares September 8 Public Holiday

The government of Uganda has announced that it would honour Busoga's Kyabazinga (title given to the ruler of the Kingdom of Busoga in Uganda), Henry Wako Muloki, with a state funeral, whose date, Monday, September 8, 2008, had been declared a one-off public holiday throughout Uganda.
