Bahrain Confirms End of Ramadan Public Holidays

Bahrain's Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, has issued a circular on the dates for the upcoming Eid Al Fitr public holidays for the Hijri Year 1430.

As per custom (28-Sep-2008 and (09-Oct-2007), Bahrain government ministries and bodies will be closed on the day of the Eid and the following two days; that is to say, from Sunday, September 20, to Tuesday, September 22, 2009.
