Nigeria LASG Wants June 12 To Be A National Public Holiday

The Lagos State government has called on the Nigerian federal government to declare June 12 an annual national public holiday.

Currently, June 12th is celebrated annually in Lagos State, and sometimes also in Ogun State (11-Jun-2009 and 11-Jun-2008).
