Slovenia To Consider June 8 Public Holiday

Members of Slovenia's Parliament have introduced a bill that would make June 8 a new annual public holiday.

June 8 is the date when Primoz Trubar (1508-1586), the author of the first Slovenian book, is thought to have been born.
