The Armenian government's head of staff, David Sargsyan, has announced that at its session of last night, the Armenian government had decided to declare Monday, August 16, 2010, a one-off non-working public holiday on the occasion of the Day of Commemoration which follows the August 15 Grape Blessing Day.

As was done in similar cases in the past (2010-07-09 and 2008-06-26), to compensate the aforementioned one-off non-working public holiday, the government of Armenia declared Saturday, August 21, 2010, to be a regular working day.
