The Treasury of the Isle of Man has released the Bank Holidays Order 2010, under section 1(2) of the Bank Holidays Act 1989(a).

The published Bank Holidays Order 2010, contained in Statutory Document No. 430/10, and "Coming into operation on 15th June 2010", differs from previous years' Bank Holidays Orders (2009-06-16, 2008-06-19, 2007-06-19, 2006-07-12, 2005-06-30, 2004-06-15 and 2002-06-26) in that it does not specify the actual dates of the bank holidays and public holidays for the coming year, limiting itself to spelling out the rules ("This Order sets out the bank holidays that occur in every year.").
