Lebanon Announces November Public Holidays

The Lebanese Council of Ministers has issued a statement declaring Tuesday and Wednesday, November 16 and 17, 2010, as non-working public holidays on the occasion of the Eid al-Adha.

In addition, the Council of Ministers declared Monday, November 22, 2010, as a public holiday on the occasion of Independence Day.

As per custom the private sector is only expected to observe the first day of the aforementioned 2-day Eid public holidays.
