Mozambique's Ministry of Labour (MITRAB) has released a press communiqué announcing that Thursday, January 14, 2010, the date of Armando Guebuza's inauguration as the President of Mozambique.
Last year, the Labour Ministry had declared Wednesday, October 28, 2009, a one-off electoral public holiday "to allow the maximum number of people to vote" (2009-10-26), and the year before, another one-off public holiday had been declared on the occasion of Mozambique's municipal elections (2008-11-17).
