The Samoan Ministry of Commerce, Industry And Labour has announced that Friday, December 30, 2011, would be considered a non-working day.
The reason for the aforementioned announcement by Western Samoa's Ministry of Commerce, Industry And Labour is that Friday, December 30, 2011, will be expunged (ie. will not exist) in Samoa's calendar as it switches time zones across the international dateline, in effect jumping from December 29 to December 31, 2011.
