The Samoan Cabinet has announced 2 days of public holidays to coincide with the upcoming general election on Friday, March 4, 2011.
As per the aforementioned cabinet decision, both Thursday and Friday, March 3 and 4, 2011, will be one-off public holidays to give voters ample time to cast their votes in their village or constituencies.
