Saudi Arabia's higher court in Riyadh has announced that the date of the upcoming Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) would be Sunday, November 6, 2011.

The government of Saudi Arabia has not yet announced if there will be any extension of the usual 10-day Eid public sector holidays, as is sometimes done (17-Aug-2010), though not systematically (15-Aug-2011).
