As per the aforementioned decree for the upcoming calendar year 2012, the Consejo de Gobierno de la Junta de Castilla y León has decided to declare Saint Joseph's Day on March 19, as well as the usual Fiesta de la Comunidad, on April 23, as regional public holiday in Castilla y León in 2012.

Note that, contrary to previous years (2010-09-17), the July 25, Santiago Apóstol, will not be a regional public holiday in Castilla y León in 2012.
