Argentina parliamentary commission on new legislation (comisión de Legislación General de la Cámara de Diputados) has announced that it will consider next week a bill that would declare another one-off non-working public holiday in Argentina on January 31, 2013.

The bill to declare a one-off non-working public holiday in Argentina on Thursday, January 31, 2012, would be to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the initial meeting of the Argentine Contituting Assembly.

If the bill is approved, it will then move to the Tourism and Cultures commissions.
