The German Central Bank (Deutsche Bundesbank) has published a list of the 2013 federal and regional public holidays in Germany.
As usual (2011-08-31 and 2010-08-26), the aforementioned announcement also includes TARGET 2 holidays and the additional non-business days of the Deutsche Bundesbank.
