The Mexican Ministry of Labour (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social) has announced that Saturday, December 1, 2012, would be another nationwide non-working public holiday (día no laborable en todo el territorio nacional) on account of the upcoming Presidential Inauguration.

Last summer (2012-06-28), the Mexican Ministry of Labour had similarly announced that Sunday, July 1, 2012, would be a nationwide non-working public holiday (día no laborable en todo el territorio nacional) on account of the coming Presidential Election.

As usual (2011-09-14), the aforementioned communique refers to Article 74 of Mexico's labour law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) as amended a few years ago (2006-01-17).
