The aforementioned announcement follows last month's confirmation that the Tongan Cabinet has declared Monday, September 17, 2012, as an official public holiday to mark the Official Birthday of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Tupouto'a ‘Ulukalala (2012-09-12) and the revamping of Tongan public holidays rules, 2 years ago (2010-05-19).
