Montenegro's government has announced plans to add November 13 (anniversary of the birth of the poet Petar Petrovic II Njegos) to its annual list of official non-working public holidays in Montenegro.

This was not in the recently-released (2013-10-19) annual list of official non-working public holidays in Montenegro for the upcoming calendar year 2014, as released by Montenegro's Ministry of Labor, and might just be a one-off public holiday commemorating the 200th anniversary of the birth of Njegos, this year.
