The Chief Minister of Pakistan's Province of Sindh, has announced that Friday, December 27, 2018, would once again be a non-working state public holiday in Pakistan's Province of Sindh.

For the last 5 years (2012-12-20, 2011-12-10, 2010-12-23, 2009-12-19 and 2008-12-17), Pakistan's Province of Sindh has observed December 27 as an annual non-working public holiday to mark the anniversary of the death of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairwoman Benazir Bhutto (2007-12-28 and 2008-02-06).
