The Dubai government's Media Office has announced that the UAE's financial markets would be closed from Sunday, October 13, until Saturday, October 19, 2013, on account of the upcoming Eid Al Adha non-working public holidays in the UAE.

Note that the aforementioned dates for the UAE's financial markets' Eid Al Adha non-working public holidays are in line with the dates recently announced (2013-10-07) for the UAE's Eid Al Adha public sector holidays, once one takes into account the UAE's weekend (2006-05-31).
