The Central Bank of Bahrain has announced that it had declared a bank holiday on Thursday, May 1st, 2014, to mark the upcoming annual Labour Day public holiday in Bahrain.
As per custom (2014-01-10, 2013-12-13, 2013-11-12, and 2013-11-02), the aforementioned announcement that Thursday, May 1st, 2014, had been declared a bank holiday in Bahrain to mark the upcoming annual Labour Day public holiday in Bahrain, was preceded by a similar announcement of a May 1st non-working public holiday in Bahrain from Bahrain's Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa (2014-04-28).
