The government of Latvia has released its annual official list of non-working national public holidays, and bridge non-working public holidays, in Latvia for the upcoming calendar year 2015.
In the aforementioned list of non-working national public holidays and bridge non-working public holidays in Latvia for the calendar year 2015, contained in the Cabinet of Ministers Decree No.245, the government of Latvia pursues the practice of past years (2013-10-25, 2013-01-16, 2012-01-04, 2010-01-08, 2009-05-21 and 2007-04-13), except for one year (2011-01-05), of declaring additional, one-off, bridge public holidays that compensated by the same number of Saturdays being declared as regular working days.
