The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the government of Myanmar has announced its annual list of the dates of the official non-working public holidays in Myanmar for the upcoming calendar year 2015.
As usual (2013-11-01, 2012-12-18, 2011-10-19, and 2010-09-21), the salient points of note are the dates of the full Moon non-working public holidays, the extension, or not, of the Burmese New Year public holidays, and the always oddly occurring Kayin New Year public holiday(s).
Interestingly, for 2015, the Myanmar Calendar Advisory Board has decided that the Burmese Era year 1377 would be a big watat year (leap month and leap day) as opposed to a little watat (leap month only), meaning that the Full Moon dates of the aforementioned list of official non-working public holidays in Myanmar for the upcoming calendar year 2015 are almost all off by a day.
