The Government of South Sudan, through its Ministry of Labor, Public Service, and Human Resource Development, has announced the dates of the upcoming non-working public holidays for the 2014 annual Ed-Ul-Fitr (End of Ramadan) in South Sudan.

As per the statement released by the South Sudanese Ministry of Labor, Public Service, and Human Resource Development, the non-working public holidays for the 2014 annual Ed-Ul-Fitr (End of Ramadan) in South Sudan, will be changed from July 27-28, as announced in the Circular RSS/MoLPS&HRD/J/OUS/24/4 (22-Feb-2014), to Monday-Wednesday, July 28-30, 2014.

As was the case last year (06-Aug-2013), but contrary to previous years (18-Aug-2012) and the announced official non-working public holidays in South Sudan for the calendar year 2014 (22-Feb-2014), these additional days of non-working public holidays on the occasion of the upcoming 2014 Ed-Ul-Fitr in South Sudan, are not limited to Muslims only.
