The government of Tunisia (Présidence du Gouvernement) has announced that the upcoming Aïd El-Idha (Feast of Sacrifice) annual non-working public holidays throughout Tunisia would be observed on Saturday and Sunday, October 4 and 5, 2014.
The aforementioned announcement is in line with last year's (2013-12-11) announcement by the government of Tunisia of its official list of the annual non-working public holidays in Tunisia for the calendar year 2014.
As was the case last year (2013-10-07), no additional public holiday will be declared on Monday, October 6, 2014, in compensation for the fact that the upcoming Aïd El-Idha (Feast of Sacrifice) non-working public holidays will overlap with the Tunisian weekend.
