The Government of Armenia has announced that Thursday, April 23, 2015, the eve of this year's annual Genocide Remembrance Day annual non-working public holiday in Armenia, will also be a one-off non-working public holiday in Armenia.

The aforementioned announcement of Thursday, April 23, 2015, being declared a one-off non-working public holiday in Armenia, is in addition to the official list of annual non-working public holidays in Armenia, as announced (24-Feb-2015) and later amended (13-Apr-2015 and 02-Apr-2015) by the Armenian government.

In compensation for the declaration of Thursday, April 23, 2015, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Armenia, Saturday, April 18, 2015, has been declared a regular working day throughout Armenia.
