The government of Suriname has confirmed that the upcoming "Ied-Ul-Fitre" (End of Ramadan) annual non-working public holiday in Suriname would be observed on Friday, July 17, 2015, a date which has been declared a non-working public holiday in Suriname.
The list of expected Suriname public holidays dates for the calendar year 2015, released at the beginning of last year (2014-02-12), and then later amended (2014-03-17), listed Friday, July 17, 2015, as the expected date for the Ied-Ul-Fitre (End of Ramadan) public holiday in Suriname.
