Ghana's Minister of the Interior, Prosper Bani, has announced that Friday, July 1st, 2016, was an annual statutory non-working public holiday in Ghana on account of the upcoming Republic Day annual public holiday, and should be observed as a non-working public holiday throughout Ghana.
The aforementioned announcement that Friday, July 1st, 2016, was a statutory non-working public holiday in Ghana, is in line with the list of official 2016 non-working public holidays in Ghana, announced at the beginning of this year (2016-01-01).
