The Central Bank of Romania (Banca Nationala a României) has released its annual official list of 2017 bank holidays in Romania, based on the current Labour Law of Romania which regulates the list of annual non-working public holidays in Romania.
As usual (2015-01-05), the aforementioned list of 2017 bank holidays in Romania, is based on the current Labour Law of Romania ("conform Legii nr. 147 din 23.07.2012"), which skirts the borderline issue of the new, January 24, Union of Principalities, non-working public holiday in Romania (2014-12-18), as included in the latest official list of 2016 non-working public holidays in Romania (2015-11-29).
