The Consell de la Generalitat Valenciana and the Consejo Tripartito de Relaciones Laborales have announced that they had agreed to amend the previously-released official calendar of non-working public holidays in Spain's autonomous region of Valencia ("calendario laboral en toda la Comunidad Valenciana") for the upcoming calendar year 2017.

The aforementioned announcement thus amends last month's (2016-06-21) announcement by the Consell de la Generalitat Valenciana of the annual official calendar of non-working public holidays in Spain's autonomous region of Valencia ("calendario laboral en toda la Comunidad Valenciana") for the upcoming calendar year 2017, which confirmed the earlier unanimous decision, last February (2016-02-22), to make San Juan (June 24) an official annual non-working public holiday in future calendars of non-working public holidays in Spain's autonomous region of Valencia.

In that initial calendar of non-working public holidays in Spain's autonomous region of Valencia, as sometimes happens (2014-07-11, 2013-09-17 and 2009-11-09, for example), Maundy Thursday was not listed as a non-working public holiday in Spain's autonomous region of Valencia for 2017.
