The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has announced that September 30, 2017, would no longer be a non-working bank holiday in Azerbaijan.
The aforementioned declaration of September 30, 2017, as a working day for banks, "with the purpose of completing the internal cash and settlement operations and transfers to the State Budget by the end of the 3rd quarter", partially amends the list of 2017 public holidays and bank holidays in Azerbaijan which was published late last year (2016-12-01).
