The Government of Morocco, through its "ministère de la fonction publique et de la modernisation de l'administration" and its "ministère des Habous et des Affaires islamiques", has confirmed its previously-announced date for the upcoming 2017 Aid Al Mawlid (Prophet's Birthday) non-working public holidays in Morocco.
The aforementioned announcement of the dates for the upcoming 2017 Aid Al Mawlid (Prophet's Birthday) non-working public holiday in Morocco, as Friday, December 1, 2017, is in line with the date of the Muslim non-working public holidays in Morocco for the calendar year 2017, as announced late last year (2017-01-03).
As usual (2016-11-30 and 2014-12-23), the Moroccan public sector will benefit from a second day off on Saturday, December 2, 2017.
