UAE 2017 National Day Public Holidays Completed

The UAE Minister of Labour, Saqr bin Ghobash Saeed Ghobash, has announced the dates of the UAE private sector public holidays for the upcoming annual Martyrs' Day, National Day, and this year, Prophet's Birthday, non-working public holidays in the UAE, as running from Thursday, November 30, until Saturday, December 2, 2017, inclusively

Last week (17-Nov-2017), the UAE's Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation had announced the dates of the upcoming annual Martyrs' Day, National Day, and this year, Prophet's Birthday, non-working public holidays in the UAE, for the public sector, as running from Thursday, November 30, until Sunday, December 3, 2017, inclusively.

Two years ago (19-Aug-2015), the UAE's President, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, had given orders for a new annual non-working public holiday in the UAE to be added to the list of annual non-working public holidays in the UAE on November 30th, to commemorate "Martyrs' Day".
