India 2018 Odisha Public Holidays Amended

The Government of the Government of India's state of Odisha has declared a one-off half-day non-working public holiday on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, on account of the opening ceremony of Men’s Hockey World Cup.

The aforementioned announcement, by the Government of India's state of Odisha, of a one-off half-day non-working public holiday on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, on account of the opening ceremony of Men’s Hockey World Cup, is in addition to last year's (2017-11-15) notification of the annual list of the days which were to be non-working public holidays in India's state of Odisha for the calendar year 2018, as contained in the Government Notification "RDM-Reg-MISC-0004-2017-37910/R and D.M., Dated 13.11.2017" issued by the General Administration department of Odisha ("The Government of Odisha have been pleased to declare that the State Government Offices as well as the Revenue and Magisterial Courts (Executive) will remain closed on the festive/ Commemorative occasion, listed at Annexure-I during the Calendar year 2018, Saka-Era-1939 and 1940").
