The government of the Ivory Coast has announced that it had declared Monday, May 21, 2018, the day after the upcoming dimanche la fête de la pentecôte, as a non-working public holiday in the Ivory Coast.

As was the case in some previous announcements (2016-08-04, 2016-04-29, 2013-01-22), though not all (2016-03-25, 2015-12-15 and 2014-01-10), the Government's announcement that Monday, May 21, 2018, the day after the upcoming dimanche la fête de la pentecôte, had been declared as a non-working public holiday in the Ivory Coast, invokes Article 2 of the Décret n°96-205 du 07 mars 1996 (1996-05-09).
