The government cabinet of Kosovo has announced its annual list of official non-working public holidays and bank holidays in Kosovo for the calendar year 2019 ("Official holidays in accordance with Article 2 of Law no. 03 / L-064, for the official holidays in the Republic of Kosovo ").
Once again (2017-11-28, 2017-01-09, 2016-01-11, 2016-01-07, 2014-11-28, 2014-01-08 and 2013-01-11), the aforementioned list of official non-working public holidays and bank holidays in Kosovo for the calendar year 2019, makes no mention of the fact that, in late 2012, the Kosovo Assembly had approved amendments to the current Law on Official Holidays to include November 28 as a new annual public holiday to commemorate the Flag Day of Kosovo (2012-11-20), and that, more recently (2017-11-23), Kosovar Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, made November 28, neighboring Albania's independence day, a non-working day in Kosovo.
