The Peruvian government has announced that Monday, December 24 2018, would be a non-working public sector holidays in Peru.
The aforementioned announcement that Monday, December 24 2018, would be a non-working public sector holidays in Peru, contrary to other past ones (2018-08-22 and 2018-03-07), are in addition to the Decreto Supremo Nº 021-2017-TR, released late last year (2017-12-26) by the government of Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, and which amended and expanded the list of the official non-working public holidays in Peru for the upcoming calendar year 2018 ("Declaran días no laborables compensables para los trabajadores del Sector Público, durante el Año 2018").
