DR Congo Declares May 30 Public Holiday

The government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has declared Thursday, May 30, 2019, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Kinshasa, the capital city of the DRC, on account of the return to the DRC of the body of Etienne Tshisekedi.

The aforementioned announcement of a non-working public holiday in the capital of the Congo DRC, on Thursday, May 30, 2019, is in addition to the previously-announced (2019-01-03), annual list of the non-working public holidays in the DRC for the calendar year 2019.
